At Dr. Annamaria – Aesthetics, we are committed to providing safe, professional, and personalised care. To ensure the best experience for all our patients, we kindly ask that you read and understand the terms outlined below.


Patient Eligibility & Medical Information

All patients must be aged 18 or over. A valid form of photo identification will be required at your first consultation or treatment. Prior to your appointment, we ask that you provide accurate and up-to-date contact details, including your name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.

A medical questionnaire must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment or on the day of your visit. This information helps us tailor your treatment safely and appropriately. We require an updated medical form at every appointment to reflect any changes in your health or medication.

New patients will always receive a detailed consultation before any treatment is undertaken. In some cases, treatment may be provided on the same day, but this is at the discretion of the treating practitioner and depends on clinical suitability.


Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £25 is required. This deposit is redeemable against any treatment you proceed with. If you need to reschedule, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. With sufficient notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit. The same applies if you do not attend your appointment without notifying us. We understand that delays can happen, but please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your treatment in the time remaining, and your deposit may be forfeited.


Follow-Up Appointments & Treatment Reviews

A complimentary review appointment is offered for all anti-wrinkle treatments and must be scheduled 2 to 3 weeks after your initial procedure. If you are unable to attend within that timeframe, we will not be able to offer a review until your next treatment cycle, typically after 12 weeks.

Follow-up appointments for other treatments may be arranged up to four weeks after your procedure, depending on the type of treatment and individual clinical outcomes.


Illness & Treatment Contraindications

Your health is our priority. If you are feeling unwell before your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Many treatments may not be suitable if you are suffering from a cold, flu, cold sores, skin infections, or symptoms of COVID-19. Treating while unwell may compromise results or increase risks, and we may need to reschedule your appointment for your safety.


Refund Policy

We pride ourselves on delivering ethical, honest advice and high-quality, evidence-based treatments using safe and reputable products. Our approach is always tailored to your individual needs, with your wellbeing at the heart of every decision.

However, due to the nature of aesthetic medicine and the variability in individual response, results cannot be guaranteed. While we always strive to meet your expectations, no treatment can offer absolute predictability. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds once treatment has been carried out.

Your treatment fee includes not only the product used, but also your consultation, medical assessment, treatment delivery, follow-up care, and practitioner expertise. Should you require further product or wish to adjust your results — for example, with additional treatment, modification, or dissolving — you will be responsible for the cost of additional product and the time required to deliver it.
